Double-seal socket
No power needed; small longitudinal movement
Steel-wire-reinforced, spiral-wound composite construction for oversized pressure-pipe projects. Diameter, pressure class, jointing and installation are defined through project-specific engineering review.

This system is not the same as extruded solid-wall PE100 pipe or gravity-flow structured-wall pipe. Its reinforced spiral-wound construction is reviewed against the specific pressure, diameter and installation requirements of a project.

Final dimensions and performance must be confirmed against verified manufacturing and design limits.

Note: DN4000 is the standard wound-line range; larger diameters follow a project-specific route — confirm for the specified diameter.

No power needed; small longitudinal movement

Banded along the rib groove, clamped and fused

Joint wall 3× the pipe body or more

Large-bore wiring rigs; 1–2 km installed per day

A compressed sleeve with two sealing rings provides dual sealing

Large-diameter water-supply pipe
The water-supply reinforced PE composite pipe range extends from DN50 to DN5000. Available wall-thickness and pressure combinations vary by diameter.

DN1800 and DN2400 have wall values at 0.4–1.6 MPa; DN3200 at 0.4–1.0 MPa; and DN5000 at 0.4–0.8 MPa. Select the corresponding wall and joint configuration for the project.

Prepared PE ends support butt fusion or electrofusion, with sleeve options also available. Choose the method around pipe-end construction, lifting and site access.

For large-diameter water projects, select the diameter, pressure class, wall, connection and delivery plan together.
