The company operates 33 production lines and holds more than 10 invention patents and 20 utility-model patents. Born 1970, bachelor degree, 20+ years in the pipe industry. Technician, R&D manager and deputy GM at a Jinan Changqing industrial-park enterprise (1993–2002); co-founded Jinan Jinlan New Building Materials as GM and developed PP-R pipe products (2002–2006); founded Shandong Ronghui Guantong in July 2010; GM of its subsidiary Shunfang Pipe since 2011.
Born 1996, master degree in polymer materials. First-author SCI papers (2 in Zone 1, 1 in Zone 2), 8 invention patents and 7 utility-model patents, first-prize innovation competition (lead). Nanofiber electrospinning after graduation from Qingdao University (2022), MSF technical supervisor at Surface Energy Group (2023); head of Shunfang R&D since November 2024.
College diploma (1989). Nearly ten years in plastic composite-pipe production process, quality testing and risk control, with broad pipe-evaluation experience.
College diploma (1974). Technical work at Shandong Shifeng Group (2008–2010); with Shunfang since 2010 in product technology and workshop process improvement, with 15 years of frontline pipe experience.
Born 1970, bachelor degree, 20+ years designing and building non-standard equipment. Technician and engineer at Beijing New Village Co. (1993–1997); design engineer and project manager at Singapore Fengyuan Technology (1997–2007); equipment-department consultant manager at Beijing Lions High-Tech (2008–2016); leading Shunfang equipment upgrades since 2017.
