Gravity-flow and buried structural duty. Select around flow, ring stiffness, burial and loading.
Spiral-Wound PE Structured-Wall Pipe
A spiral-wound polyethylene structured-wall pipe without steel-wire reinforcement for gravity drainage, sewerage, stormwater and project-specific marine applications.
Wall profiles vary by product specification.Polyethylene construction without steel-wire reinforcement. Contact us for the wall profile and dimensions of the specified product.
The same pipe may serve different applications when its pressure rating, dimensions and joints meet the project requirements.
What the product is.
This product family uses a polyethylene structured wall without steel reinforcement. Hydraulic flow, ring stiffness, burial, soil, groundwater, external loading, jointing and installation quality must be reviewed together.

For non-pressurized drainage and sewerage.
- Gravity-flow drainage or sewer duty
- A non-metallic structured wall is preferred
- Ring stiffness and buried conditions are defined by the project
Contact Shunfang for confirmed wall profiles, diameters, ring stiffness, applicable standards and compatible joints.

PE80/PE100, international benchmarks

- PE80/PE100 high-molecular-weight PE: flexible, corrosion- and fatigue-resistant
- Benchmarked to DIN 16961 / ASTM F2720 for designer review (benchmarks, not certifications)
- Steel-reinforced (Type B) systems reach 6 m — a domestic record diameter
What smooth walls mean hydraulically
Low roughness, no scaling; adjustable wall with constant bore preserves flow capacity. Measured examples: DN1500 wall 6.5 mm/stiffness 17.23, DN1000 wall 5.7–5.8 mm/19.72, DN600 wall 4.0 mm/20.22 (kN/m²).
